The Line welcomes most breeds of pets to our Indianapolis apartment community. Pets over 75 lbs have to be housed on a first floor apartment or the second floor above a garage. There is a non-refundable fee as well as a monthly pet rent for Residents with pets.

Yes. There is a fee of $4,500 to break a lease at any time, which will be lowered to $3,000 if given a 60 day notice.
Yes, The Line and all other J.C. Hart apartment communities necessitate a credit check to be completed during the application process.
Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required which covers the application, background screening, and processing charges necessary for a new lease.
