The Line welcomes most breeds of pets to our Indianapolis apartment community. Pets over 75 lbs have to be housed on a first floor apartment or the second floor above a garage. There is a non-refundable fee as well as a monthly pet rent for Residents with pets.
The Line is served by Washington Township, which includes John Strange Elementary, Eastwood Middle School, and Broad Ripple High School (soon to be Pike High School).
Yes, The Line and all other J.C. Hart living communities require a credit check to be completed during the application process.
Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required which goes to the application, background screening, and processing charges necessary for a new lease.
